How LifecoreML composes respondents before the question is asked.
LifecoreML composes respondents before a question is asked. Each respondent is built from biographical, behavioural, and cognitive primitives, informed by evidence, not assumptions. These attributes interact to shape how the person perceives, decides, and responds.
The language model is the voice layer, not the source of the respondent.
The respondent is not produced by the prompt.
The prompt instructs the persona and the answer at the same time. Everything is decided in one step. There is no prior self, and no traceable reasons behind the response.
The respondent is biographically, behaviourally, and cognitively composed before the question appears. The language model narrates from a prior, structured state. The self exists before the stimulus.
What is composed.
Biography.
A life story with key events, relationships, roles, environment, and turning points.
Behavioural profile.
Stable tendencies, habits, risk tolerance, preferences, decision-making style, and behavioural heuristics.
Memory graph.
A structured network of memories and associations that influence perception and judgement.
Attitudes & context.
Beliefs, values, situational context, social influences, and constraints.
Response logic.
Heuristics and reasoning patterns that shape judgements and expressions.
From stimulus to response.
A defined page, concept, policy, flow, or message enters the system.
A fully composed person encounters the stimulus with their existing self.
The person interprets, feels, compares, and decides how to respond.
The language model expresses that reaction in natural, first-person language.
The language model is the voice layer.

Audit and constraints.
A few things LifecoreML does and does not do, stated plainly.
On real people.
Respondents are not modelled on any real individuals. They are original composites built from documented frameworks. No real person’s biography is reproduced or imitated.
On representation.
This is not a representative sample of any population. It is a structured set of plausible perspectives for exploration.
On certainty.
Behaviour does not tell you what the whole market will do. It reveals reasons and trade-offs to support better decisions.
On replacement.
LifecoreML does not replace user research. It makes the most expensive and improbable parts of it more accessible.
Before the real users.
LifecoreML makes the most improbable part of product research, whole people you cannot observe, inspectable, structured, and explainable.
